Finance and Operations Manager
£20,000 - £27,000 p/a + Pension

County Durham Community Foundation manages charitable giving for families, individuals, companies and trusts, through well targeted grants that make a genuine difference to the lives of local people for the causes close to their hearts.

We are creating a new post to assist with financial controls and manage the day to day operations of the organisation. This is a tremendous opportunity to join the organisation at an exciting stage in its development and really contribute to, and share in its future success.

Highly organised, the successful candidate will be capable of planning their workload to ensure that all tasks are carried out within deadlines, and have the ability to manage the balance between operations and other requirements such as finance, quality or people issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels is essential and would be ideal for a pro-active, hands on individual who would like to prove themselves within an organisation that truly values its people.
